(“Robust Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) value your privacy, and we provide this Privacy Policy to describe the information we collect, how we use it, when and to whom we disclose it, and your rights with respect to the information we receive. This Privacy Policy applies to our publicly-available website and all other personal information offline, as well as online services on which we display a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”). However, the policy does not apply to information we collect in our capacity as a vendor or service provider for our customers. Robust Intelligence does not control how our customers use information we process on their behalf, and you should consult with the applicable customer to understand how they use and process the information they receive from Robust Intelligence.

For example, you may disclose Robust Intelligence conversations with other users via shared links or send information to third-party applications via custom actions for GPTs. Please note, however, that certain information may be exempt from such requests in some circumstances, which may include needing to continue processing your information for our legitimate interests or to comply with a legal obligation. The CCPA also allows you to limit the use or disclosure of your “sensitive personal information” (as defined in the CCPA) if your “sensitive personal information” is used for certain purposes. We don’t process sensitive Personal Information other than for purposes for which you cannot exercise the right to limit under the CCPA.

Verification
In order to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, change, or deletion, we may require you to verify your credentials before you can submit a request to know, correct, or delete Personal Information. If you do not have an account with us, or if we suspect fraudulent or malicious activity, we may ask you to provide additional Personal Information and proof of residency for verification. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to honor your request.
Authorized Agents
You may also submit a rights request through an authorized agent. If you do so, the agent must present signed written permission to act on your behalf and you may also be required to independently verify your identity and submit proof of your residency with us. 9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for users over the age of 18. If we become aware that a child under 13 (or a higher age threshold where applicable) has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to comply with any applicable legal requirement to remove such information.

We do not respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals, as the Internet industry is currently still working on Do Not Track standards, implementations, and solutions.

We implement technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect Personal Information both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, email sent to or from us may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the Site or email. In addition, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site, or third-party websites.
